As the process moves forward, the Portland City Council, Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC), and Portland Development Commission Board of Commissioners (PDC Board), will be making decisions about which of the approximately 95 concepts will be moving forward as part of a short list of proposals.  The public input will have an important impact on who will be part of that short list, and we need your help.

We encourage you to express your opinion about our proposal either through comment on our blog or by directly contacting us through our contact page.  If you think our proposal is worth of consideration, please let us, and the committee representatives listed below, know.  Your support is very much appreciated.

On Tuesday, January 26th, 2010, Adam Wagner presented our concept vision for the redevelopment of the Portland Memorial Coliseum and Rose Quarter to include the Portland Action Sports Complex and Resort.

You can see a video of the presentation on our blog, or in slightly better quality on Youtube.

The next important date is the 29th of January. We are very fortunate to have Beam Development as part of our team. If you, or anyone you may know, would want to be a part of our team, please let us know via our contact form, or call Adam directly for further information.

Please feel free to express any support you have for our alternative either to us directly, or to the members of the committees that will be making the decisions on who to invite to the next stage of the RFP process.
