Viridian Environmental Design

Viridian was founded in the spring of 2002 with the goal of exploring innovative, sustainable, and intelligent site designs that balance the needs of our clients with those of the environment and the public. We take pride in our ability to engage our clients and the design team to effectively find and communicate successful solutions to any problem, large or small.

In combining our creative and technical abilities throughout the design process, we strive to minimize ecological impacts and provide for the sustainable needs of all of our projects. We are committed to constant improvement of our methods and techniques and approach all of our work with an open mind and understanding that each project has its own unique and meaningful solution. By applying this philosophy to our work, we have established a solid reputation for quality design, meeting deadlines and budgets, and have garnered repeat and referred business from many of our clients.

On Tuesday, January 26th, 2010, Adam Wagner presented our concept vision for the redevelopment of the Portland Memorial Coliseum and Rose Quarter to include the Portland Action Sports Complex and Resort.

You can see a video of the presentation on our blog, or in slightly better quality on Youtube.

The next important date is the 29th of January. We are very fortunate to have Beam Development as part of our team. If you, or anyone you may know, would want to be a part of our team, please let us know via our contact form, or call Adam directly for further information.

Please feel free to express any support you have for our alternative either to us directly, or to the members of the committees that will be making the decisions on who to invite to the next stage of the RFP process.
